Lexi knows new construction. Her parents owned a production housing business for over 20 years and she got to see how the business worked including meeting with developers, excavators, architects, accountants, designers, warranty, and yes as a teenager she even swept out garbage from job sites. She knows how to navigate the process. Actually, the entire team at TC Brokers has over 40 years combined experience. We know many of the local builders in Eastern Washington personally and know our way around a construction site better than the average agent.
