Residential Real Estate
Each house has a story. Every one that I list or help purchase is different because of the house itself and the parties involved. Some are difficult, some are quick and easy, some have drama, one house was haunted, another had a pigeon family living in the attic. You never know how the variables will end up.
One thing you can count on though, is that I will be on your side from start to finish and you can count on me to be honest and prompt with all communication. I excel at worrying for you and making sure everything is always on track. I also excel at professional communication with all parties involved to make sure your deal is taken seriously. I am also notorious for getting second pairs of eyes on everything so nothing gets missed. That is actually why I hang my license at a very small firm. When I have a question or need advice on any situation, my broker is always there.
The new build that turned into a rental that turned into a listing with a huge profit.
This was one of my father’s most popular floor plans when he was building homes. It was called the “Lilac 2”. What made it so great is that it was an open concept with cute entry, big kitchen with 8’ island, vaulted ceiling in the main room, and the main bedroom is on one side and the other bedrooms are on the other side of the house. To get to the secondary rooms you go through a pocket door off of the living room and there is also a bonus space that is PERFECT for a game-room, play room or space to get away.
This house was built brand new in 2018 and cost $338,967. It turned into a rental after a year. Then when the market shifted summer of 2021 to an extreme seller’s market we decided to list it.
We did minor repairs to spiff it up, had it professionally cleaned, staged, professionally photographed and also included the original built-green certification that was issued at the time of the build. It was listed on a Thursday and we had an open house Saturday resulting in multiple offers. It sold for $500,000 in Sept. 2021.

This one was a long time coming. The family was holding out for the PERFECT house to come on the market before making this active.
The home was featured in Tri-City Showcase Magazine in Fall of 2017 highlighting Gale-Rew custom builder and the “Coastal Cottage” floorplan. It was then selected by Haven Magazine Seattle Edition to be featured in Sept. 2021 as well. See page 106.
