It all begins with a dream of home ownership. Together we discuss the vision of your new home and how it will serve you and your family best. We determine if a re-sale or a new build is most exciting and practical for you and then we begin our search! I help you from start to finish of a transaction and promise to be prompt with all communication. If you decide on a new build I will be there to attend all meetings and will visit your under construction home with you weekly.

 

PIN POINTING YOUR vision.

Downsizing, needing a bigger house for a growing family, relocating for work, investing, whatever the reason for moving, there is a part of your brain that imagines what life would be like in a new home. What is your kitchen like for holiday meals? What is the view at night when you are sitting on the porch with a glass of wine? Do you prefer traditional, or love modern? This part is up to you. Bring me your vision and I will help get you there.


Buying or selling.

Once we have a game-plan it is time to buy or sell. My process is detailed, and transparent. I give you the information and you make the decisions. My team will make sure all of the paperwork is done correctly and sent to the required parties, we will stage your home if needed or schedule a consult. We will get professional photos and video or drone if it would showcase your property the best. Negotiations are done with professionalism and with the ability to consult specialists for guidance and perspective.


Lot scouting.

I get phone calls all the time to get insight on prospective building lots. If a lot looks promising, we put it under contract and will include a feasibility period for you to get the low-down on if the lot will be a good fit for you. I know the contacts for Benton County PUD, REA, Benton County Planning Department and more that I will share with you to make your study easier. Upon closing on the lot, we find you a builder -or in some cases the builder will take the lot over and you (lucky duck) might only have one set of closing costs to pay when the house is finished. If you are wrapping the lot and home into one construction loan, we will bring in the builder to team up with the feasibility.

Let’s be honest. There are A LOT of builders in the area. I have been in the new construction arena for long enough to know the ups and downs of most of the builders in the Tri-Cities and Walla Walla and can help you narrow down your choices taking into mind: price point, location, lot size, size of home, and degree of customization you are hoping to achieve. I have helped enough folks build to know the quirks of the system and can help you to avoid these and overcome any obstacles.
